3ev Industries factory
3ev Industries factory is an electric vehicles manufacturing facility commissioned at Doddaballapur, Bangalore (dist) in the year 2020. The plant currently manufactures various models for both passenger and cargo autorickshaws.

A full-fledged R&D facility and teams are attached to this unit for all product developments.

Completely dedicated assembly lines, machinery, other material handling and process equipment's and an in-house paint shop are available for the manufacturing.

Inhouse battery manufacturing and assembling units for LFP batteries are available to ensure the products are meeting the stipulated qualities desired to meet the vehicle performance.

Our group company RUGGEDSOLAR® designs, develop,s and manufactures high-value solar products and systems. We maintain full design & engineering capabilities, including electronics PCBA manufacturing, complete OEM products, and full box making and custom-designed solutions for customers around the world.

Peter Hartmut Voelkner
Peter Hartmut Voelkner is co-founder of 3ev Industries / 3eco Systems and Rugged Solar Products, and he is the Founder & CEO of ReBatt Limited (HKSAR). He is responsible for the business operations, strategy, and IT development for this group of companies.
Over his career Peter performed in-depth due-diligence on numerous companies and directed significant investments in more than 50 companies. His responsibilities included oversight of funds in excess of USD $2 billion and direct management of discretionary portfolios valued over USD $200 million. He has founded several companies in the renewable energy and power technology space.
Peter received an MBA, with distinction, from Columbia Business School at Columbia University, NY, and he graduated with a BA in Economics and Chinese Studies from Bennington College, VT.

CG Krishna Bhupathi
Mr. Bhupathi is renowned in sports, entertainment, and business through his support and involvement with his son, Mahesh Bhupathi, an international celebrity known as India’s first man to win a Grand Slam tennis tournament, and then to achieve the number one ranking worldwide.
Bhupathi is closely associated with raising the expectations and performance of individuals and organizations to the highest international standards, and he has actively developed globally competitive entities in sports, business, and early childhood education. He began his career in banking more than forty-five years ago at Standard Chartered Bank in India, later working in Oman and Dubai, UAE. Bhupathi has founded several businesses in the sports, entertainment, real estate, education, and renewable energy industries. He is the co-founder of Rugged Solar Products Pvt Ltd serves as Chairman of the Board of 3ev Industries.
Mr. Bhupathi brings his extensive commercial contacts within India to benefit the business development efforts of the company. Mr. Bhupathi has established multiple private-companies from the start-up phase and serves as an advisor to the Management team at 3ev.

Karan Kadaba
Karan Kadaba brings over eight-years of Entrepreneurial Experience in Renewable Energy projects in India and the Middle East. He was Founder & CEO of Karmasukom Energy in India of its affiliate, Aeternum Solar, in the UAE. These companies deployed more than 8 MW of Distributed Solar Projects. Mr. Kadaba has the distinction of being the youngest Channel Partner to India’s Ministry of Renewable Energy in 2014. In 2020, he completed the MoU signed between IIT Powai & Karmasukom and the Strategic Partnership with a US owned Solar IPP to develop 25 Million USD of Projects by 2021 in India.
At 3ev, Mr. Kadaba is spearheading the company’s mission and strategic plan for hyper-local connectivity as an integrated solution and service. He oversees growth initiatives, pan-India accounts and partnerships, and captive operations at 3eco, as well as development of the 3eco Franchise Partner Program. Having a degree in Power Electronics, Mr. Kadaba is involved in shaping the company’s R&D roadmap and product development activities. He serves on the Executive Management Committee at 3ev.
Mr. Kadaba graduated with an Engineering degree from NMIMS Mumbai & a post-graduate Engineering degree in ECE (Dean’s List 2011) from Hong Kong University of Science and Technology.

Suman K. Mishra
Suman brings nearly two decades of professional experience at major IT companies in India and abroad. He has used his degree in Computer Science from NiT, Tiruchirappalli, and MBA from SP Jain School of Global Management, to support and grow discrete businesses within large enterprises. Suman has also extended his track record of IT-related business development to start ups with a proven ability to take new businesses through the development stages to commercialization and growth.
As CTO and Member of the Executive Management Committee at 3ev, Suman is responsible for designing, developing, and continuously improving the proprietary IT platform to integrate digital telemetry, resource optimization, and market intelligence seamlessly into the hyper-local connectivity services provided by the company. 3ev brings the benefits of big-data, mass-customization, and empirical measures of continuous improvement and machine learning to our grass-roots customer base through the 3ecoIT™ connectivity architecture and user interfaces. Suman is tasked with making our mission a reality.
Suman is a shareholder in 3ev, and he lends his extensive commercial contacts to assist in business development and corporate strategy.
